PCLUG Update

After much naging by Evan, I have started this thing. First thing I notice is that I can't type e [Tab]. Oh well.

Anyways, he asked me to update you all about the status of the PCLUG. I am going to write this assuming that you all were at the meeting today because there we went over and wrote most of the consititution. After the meeting, (and after eating), Evan and I made some final revisions to it, added two sections (Meetings, Advisors) and delivered it to Gorka, who promised to get it back to Evan in the morning.
